摘要
"分"是道家政治哲学的主要范畴,在道家思想发展的历史之维中大抵经历了"名分"、"性分"与"职分"的嬗变。"名分"论的核心是君臣上下率性自然,各安其"名",各守其"分";"性分"论侧重于尊重万物与人的个体性,强调在对个体自性的满足中实现"自为自治";吸收合并了儒、法诸家思想的"职分"论则是君臣异"分"的政治职能观、君民悬命的政治主张和"守分如常"的政治共同体思想的有机统一。
"Fen" is the key domain of political philosophy of Taoism which probably experienced the transmutation of "position status","natural status" and "functional status" in the development history of Taoism.The core of "position status" is that the monarch and his subjects settle for and stick to each "position";"natural status" focuses on the respect of the individual nature of all things and people,emphasizing on the realization of "self-rule" in the satisfaction of individual nature;"functional status" absorbs and merges the thoughts of Confucianists,Legalists and others.It is the organic unity which includes the views of political function,the important political ideas and the political common sense which sticks to the self-status according to difference between monarch and subjects.
