少数民族妇女参与乡村旅游发展战略——以贵州省雷山县为例

A Developmental Strategy for the Minority Women in Rural Tourism——Example of Leishan County,Guizhou Province

依托于乡村良好的自然环境和文化景观的乡村旅游已成为国内外旅游时尚。在贵州广大农村特别是少数民族地区,以民族文化展示、农业生产活动、村寨文化特色、地方民族习俗等为主要内容的乡村旅游方兴未艾,当地妇女本应在其中大显身手。但是由于缺少教育机会、缺乏专业技能,妇女仍然从事重体力而低收入的工作。立足于雷山县乡村旅游实际,设计少数民族妇女参与乡村旅游的发展战略,供当地政府职能部门或社区发展组织参考。

Rural Tourism is a Sustainable Industry.But in the rural Minority area of Guizhou Province,female can only engage in the heavy but low-income labor field due to losing educational chances and lacking of professional techniques that disturb women＇s development and social advancement.This article works out a strategy,which can lead to Minority women to devote into the Rural Tourism in Leishan County,and as a suggestion to government department or NPO（NGO）.
