城区公办初中校内实施教育公平的策略——基于六安九中的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 学校内教育公平是当下教育公平研究的热点。城区初中学校内教育公平表现为教育权利的平等和教育机会的均等。六安九中努力为本学区和因城市化涌入城市的非本学区学生提供同等的入学机会;为进入学校的学生提供大致均衡的师资条件和班级环境。在教育教学过程中力求使学生在座位、参与机会、奖惩评价等方面受到公平、公正的待遇;创造条件,为学生提供心理上公平感受的学校氛围。通过校内救助、特殊关爱、多元评价、因材施教等途径,使不同学生的天赋、个性获得充分发展。
