摘要
结合小水电工程的具体特点，建立了小水电工程方案选择的多层次综合评价指标体系，提出了小水电工程方案选择的多层次灰色关联分析方法。应用实例的分析结果表明，本文方法对小水电工程的方案选择具有分析过程简洁明了，结果更趋合理等特点，对小水电工程的方案选择具有较好的参考和应用价值。
Based on the contrete characteristics of small hydroelectric engineerings, a target system to be used to pass judgement on the plans sythetically was established. Futher, one grey and connected analysis method on the plan selection of the small hgdroelectric engineering was proposed.
