摘要
目的:考察自卫防身课程对女生焦虑、效能感以及身体自尊的影响。方法:准实验研究法,实验组为女子防身教学(有效被试79人),对照组为形体健美教学(有效被试51人),实验时间为一学年;心理效应经量表测量法获得,指标包括焦虑、自我效能感和身体自尊。结果:实验组与对照组对于女生焦虑感、身体自尊及其身体状况因子的影响作用存在差异;对女生的一般自我效能感不存在组间差异;实验效应不受独生子女、体质水平及受暴经历等因素的影响。结论:自卫防身课程较之形体健美课程对女生焦虑感与身体自尊中的身体状况因子有更为积极的作用。
The paper was explored the effects of self-defense course on anxiety, efficacy and physical-esteem of college young girls based on experimental method and psychological scaling. The results was that the experimental group has more positive effects on anxiety, physical-esteem and its physical condition factor compared with control group; But the general self-efficacy of experimental group has no significant improvement compared with control group. The conclusion was that the self-defense classes compared with jogging classes has more positive effects on their anxiety and physical condition.
