摘要 南水北调西线工程是解决我国西北地区干旱缺水和补充黄河水资源不足的关键性工程。西线工程的建设与环境地质的相互作用及可能出现的冻土与冻害、水库诱发地震、库岸变形等都是不容忽视的环境地质问题,只有深入分析其特点并注重保护地质环境,才能最大限度地发挥西线调水工程环境地质的容量和效益。 The West Route of the South to North Water Transfer Project is a key project to solve the problems of drought and lack of water in the northwest of China and to supplement the insufficiency of the Yellow River water. The interaction of the West Route Project construction and the environmental geology, the frozen soil and freezing damage, reservoir induced earthquake that may occur and reservoir?bank?stability, etc . are the?environmental?geologic?pro blems which shall not be neglected. Only if the characteristics are extensively analyzed and an attention is paid to protecting environmental geology, the benefits of the Project in this aspect could be maximized and the smooth development between mankind and environmental geology would be realized.
