心力衰竭患者血压昼夜节律和变异特点 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察心力衰竭患者血压昼夜节律变化,评价动态血压监测在心力衰竭患者病情评估中的价值.方法 将63例住院的心力衰竭患者根据NYHA(纽约心脏病协会)心功能分级进行分级并准确记录,予24h动态血压监测(24hABPM),同时选取同期住院的55例有基础心脏病但无心力衰竭的患者作为对照组.观察心力衰竭患者血压昼夜节律变化和心功能分级的关系.结果 心力衰竭患者血压昼夜节律消失的比例明显升高,并随着心功能分级增加而增加.结论 心力衰竭患者血压昼夜节律异常发生率与心衰严重程度相关,提示町将其作为心衰严重程度的一个指标,对探讨动态血压监测对心力衰竭患者病情评估极有价值.
