仿生态栽培姬松茸的配方筛选及其氨基酸分析

Selection of an Emulational Culture Formula for Agaricus blazei Murrill and Analysis of Amino Acid Constituents of Its Fruit Body

以稻草、五节芒和圆叶决明及羊粪为栽培姬松茸的培养料进行不同配方处理的仿生态栽培。结果表明,15个配方中以A3(即20%稻草+30%五节芒+50%羊粪)的子实体产量最高,其次为配方B(即50%五节芒+50%羊粪)和配方B1(40%五节芒+10%圆叶决明+50%羊粪)。进一步比较用这3个配方栽培姬松茸时子实体中的氨基酸组成、含量及蛋白质的营养价值,发现配方B1栽培姬松茸时,这些成分的含量均优于其他2个配方,这一结果对姬松茸的栽培模式有重要意义。

With straw,Miscanthus,Cassia rotundifolia and sheep manure as composts,a emulational culture of Agaricus blazei Murrill was developed.Results showed that the highest fruit body yield was formula A3,and the next formula was B and B1.Formula A3 was consisted of 20% straw,30% Miscanthus and 50% sheep manure.Formula B was consisted of equal Miscanthus and sheep manure.Formula B1was consisted of 40% Miscanthus,10% Cassia rotundifolia and 50% sheep manure.Further analysis showed that fruit body’s amino acid composition and protein level of A3 were superior to the other formulas.The result is important for the emulational culture of Agaricus blazei Murrill.
