摘要
利用自组装、分子印迹技术在声表面波传感器延迟线上制备了用于甲氟磷酸异丙酯检测的单[6-脱氧(1,10-癸二硫醇)巯基]β-环糊精分子印迹自组装敏感膜;采用原子力显微镜技术对敏感膜的结构进行了表征,验证了成膜效果;对传感器的检测性能进行了评价,传感器对1.7mg/m3的甲氟磷酸异丙酯的响应频率变化为2170Hz,进行五次连续检测的标准差和离散系数分别为0.157kHz、0.070;吸附动力学研究得到ka=1.017×105mol-1·l·s-1、kd=2.434×10-3s-1、kA=4.178×107mol-1·l。
Imprinted and self-assembled Mono[6-deoxy(1,10-Decanedithiol)]β-CD film was prepared on the delay line of SAW sensors,which was selectivie to O-Isoprophyl methylphosphonofluoridate.The structure of this film was studied by AFM,showing a good coating effection and the performance of this sensor was evaluated.The frequency variation of the sensor to 1.7 mg/m3 O-Isoprophyl methylphosphonofluoridate was 2 170 Hz and the standard deviation was 0.157 kHz,the coefficient of variation was 0.070.At the same time,ka=1.017×105 mol-1·l·s-1、 kd=2.434 × 10-3s-1、kA=4.178 × 107 mol-1·l was abtained by adsorption kinitics.
