摘要
目的探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)和基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)在卵巢癌中的表达及相关性。方法收集46例卵巢癌组织标本和10例癌旁正常卵巢组织标本,采用免疫组织化学技术检测两类标本中MIF和MMP-7的表达水平与其临床病理资料相结合,进行综合分析。结果 MIF和MMP-7在正常卵巢组织中不表达;在卵巢癌组织中高表达,且MIF和MMP-7在卵巢癌组织中的表达存在显著正相关(r=0.9250,P<0.01)。MIF和MMP-7蛋白表达与卵巢癌患者年龄、病理类型无关(P>0.05),与组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 MIF和MMP-7均在卵巢癌组织中高表达,且两者表达间显著正相关;MIF和MMP-7在乳腺癌的生成、侵袭和转移中起促进作用。
【Objective】 To investigate the expression and relationship of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) and matrix metal loproteinase-7(MMP-7) in ovarian cancer.【Methods】 Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MIF and MMP-7 in 46 specimens of ovarian cancer and 10 specimens of normal ovarian tissues.The corresponding clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.【Results】 MIF and MMP-7 were not expressed in normal ovarian tissues and were highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues.There existed a positive correlation between the two expressions(r =0.9250,P 〈0.01).The expressions of MIF and MMP-7 had no marked correlations with the age of patients or pathological types(P〈 0.05),but they were correlated with the differentiation,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis(P〉 0.05).【Conclusions】 The expressions of MIF and MMP-7 are up-regulated in ovarian cancer and there is a positive correlation between the two expressions.MIF and MMP-7 play important roles in tumor growth and metastasis of ovarian cancer.
