呼吸道异物围手术期应激反应的相关性研究

Correlative study on perioperative stress response of foreign body in respiratory tract

目的探讨围术期应激反应对呼吸道异物患儿生理变化的影响。方法对58例呼吸道异物患儿术前采静脉血检测皮质醇与空腹血糖,结果与常规体检儿童的皮质醇与空腹血糖做对照,比较两组的差异。同时检测呼吸道异物患儿术中与术后72 h的心率。结果两组血糖、皮质醇检测结果和术前术后心率检测结果均差异有显著性。结论呼吸道异物小儿存在明显应激反应。

【Objective】 To explore the effect of the stress response in physiological change of children with respiratory tract foreign body.【Method】 Preoperative plasma cortisol and fasting blood-glucose were measured in 58 children with foreign body in respiratory tract and 32 children in physical examination.At the same time,heart rates of the children with foreign body in respiratory tract were measured during operation and 72 hours after operation.【Result】 The level of cortisol and fasting blood-glucose had significant difference between the 2 groups（P 0.05）.Heart rates of the children with foreign body in respiratory tract during operation and 72 hours after operation also had significant difference（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 The obvious stress response exists in the children with foreign body in respiratory tract.
