福建柚类种质资源的ISSR分析

IISSR Analysis of Fujian Pummelo Germplasms

从100条ISSR引物中筛选出14条具有多态性谱带的引物,对福建柚类16份种质资源进行ISSR分析。结果显示：14条引物共扩增出177个位点,有123个多态性位点,多态性百分率为69.49%,福建柚类种质资源的相似系数在0.5260.984之间。其中,‘胡柚’与‘三明金柚’相似系数最高,为0.984;‘澳洲柚’与‘土柚’相似系数最低,为0.526。相似系数在0.553处,16份种质可分为两大类,‘胡柚’、‘三明金柚’、‘澳洲柚’、‘福柚’及‘新路比葡萄柚’属第一大类,其余柚类种质为第二大类。

Sixteen accessions of Fujian pummelo germplasms were analyzed by using inter-simple sequence repeat（ISSR）,and the results showed that 177 fragments of DNA were amplified with 14 primers were screened from 100 primers by using ISSR-PCR,among which 123（69.49%）fragments were polymorphic.By cluster analysis using UPGMA,the genetic similarity was from 0.526 to 0.984.The GS was the greatest between Huyou and Sanmingjinyou,and they had the highest genetic similarity.The GS between Aozhouyou and Tuyou was the smallest,and they had the lowest genetic similarity.Cluster analysis classified the 16 cultivars into 2 major groups（GS=0.553）.Huyou,Sanmingjinyou,Aozhouyou,Fuyou and Star Ruby grapefruit fell into one group.The rest formed the other group.
