摘要
通过参数选择、计算机优化设计与计算、模型设计与试验开发研制的内河疏浚挖泥船高效泥浆泵,经模型水力试验表明具有优良的能量性能指标与空化特性,满足1600型斗轮式挖泥船工程需要.研究开发的5个泵型,效率指标均超过了86%,达到国际领先水平,研究成果显著提高了我国泥浆泵领域的技术水平,可广泛使用于不同类型挖泥船及各种疏浚场合.
The high efficiency slurry pump for inland river dredger is developed through preferences, com-puter aided design and optimization,model study and experiment. It is proved through model hydraulic experi-ments that the pumps are characterized by superior efficiency and cavitation performance,satisfying the opera-tion requirement of 1600 hp bucket wheel dredger. The efficiency values of all the 5 developed pump models arehigher than 86%,up to the world leading level,which evidently promote china's technical level in slurry pumpdomain,and can be widely used for varied evidently promote china's technical level in slurry pump domain,andcan be widely used for varied types of dredgers and various dredging projects.
