摘要 目的了解青少年男生骨量的影响因素,从而为生命早期预防骨质疏松提供科学依据。方法调查广西柳州市区初中男学生164人,年龄为12~17岁。采用24 h回顾法了解膳食摄入、体力活动问卷了解体力活动情况。采用双能量X线骨密度测量仪(DEXA)测量全身骨量及体脂百分比。用Tanner五分期法评价第二性征发育。采用身高标准体重评价研究对象的营养状况。结果对全身骨矿物含量影响最大的是体重,其次为身高、Tanner分期和体力活动;对骨矿物密度影响最大的也是体重,其次为体力活动、Tanner分期、膳食钙摄入量、年龄和碳水化合物。结论影响青少年男生骨量主要决定因素为体重、身高、Tanner分期、体力活动和膳食钙摄入量。 【Objective】To understand adolescent boys and factors affecting bone mass,so as early life and provide scientific basis for prevention of osteoporosis.【Methods】Survey Liuzhou District 164 junior high school boys,aged 12 to 17 years.24 h recall method used to understand dietary intake,physical activity,physical activity questionnaire to understand the situation.Dual-energy X ray absorptiometry,DEXA(DEXA) measurement of whole body bone mass and body fat percentage.Evaluation of Tanner stage 5 with the secondary sexual characteristics develop.Using weight forheight assessment study of the nutritional status.【Resluts】BMC is the greatest impact on body weight,followed by height,Tanner stage and physical activity;the greatest impact on the BMD is body weight,followed by physical activity,Tanner stage,dietary calcium intake,age,and carbohydrates.【Conclusion】Affect bone mass in young boys and the main determinant of weight,height,Tanner stage,physical activity and dietary calcium intake.
