双胎输血综合征1例 被引量：2

摘要 患儿母,因产前贫血剖宫产分娩. 血型B型 RH（＋）. 双胎之大,男性,10min,因生后窒息复苏后10 min入院.胎龄38周,生后Apgar评分1min 2分,5min 5分,羊水Ⅲ度污染,经初步复苏转入我科.查体,R 71次/min,P 145次/min,体质量1.8kg,反应极差,皮肤黏膜苍白,颈部肿胀明显,双肺可闻及湿啰音,心腹未见异常,四肢肌张力低.
