定量超声测定法筛查广州市萝岗区健康人群骨质疏松患病率 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过定量超声测定法,筛查出萝岗区健康人群骨量减少、骨质疏松的患病率,并进行分析,为骨质疏松的治疗提供依据。方法采用美国进口的跟骨定量超声测定仪,对萝岗区1717例健康人进行跟骨骨密度测定,对测定结果分性别、年龄进行分析,分别计算女性和男性骨质疏松、骨量减少的患病率。结果男性、女性骨量减少、骨质疏松的患病率分别为36.23%、29.34%和10.91%、7.06%。结论定量超声测定法可作为健康人群普查骨质疏松的一种方法,有助于提高其早期诊断,为早期治疗提供依据。 Objective To screen the low bone mass and osteoporosis in healthy adult population in Luogang district, Guangzhou city by using ultrasound technique, and satitiscally analyze the prevalences to provide basis for osteoporosis therapy, ganethods A total of 1 717 healthy adults in Luong district were measured calcaneal bone mineral density with quantitative ultrasound technique. Results The prevalence of low bone mass in men and women were 36.23% , 29. 34%, respectively. Osteoporosis prevalence in men and women were 10.91% ,7.06% ,respectively. Conclusion Quantitative ultrasound technique can be used as a tool for screening osteoporosis in healthy population, and is useful in early diagnosis as well as early therapy for osteoporosis.
