TAED活化过氧化氢漂白细叶桉CTMP

Bleaching of Eucalyptus Tereticornis Smith CTMP Pulp with Peroxides Activated by TAED

摘要 对四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)活化的细叶桉CTMP过氧化氢(H2O2)漂白性能进行探讨。在MgSO4用量0.5%,Na2SiO3用量1.5%,浆浓10%的条件下,研究了NaOH用量、TAED与H2O2的摩尔比、漂白时间、漂白温度、H2O2用量对TAED活化漂白性能的影响。结果表明:当NaOH用量3%,TAED与H2O2的摩尔比0.1:1,漂白温度60℃,漂白时间60min,H2O2用量3%时,纸浆白度为74%ISO。 Bleaching CTMP Pulp which was produced from Eucalyptus Tereticornis Smith actived by TAED was investigated in this paper.Compared with peroxide bleaching without TAED,study from the dosage of NaOH,reaction temperature,reaction time,amount of H 2 O 2,the mole-ratio of TAEDand H 2 O 2.Bleaching with H 2 O 2-TAED system is carried out under the following conditions:60℃,60 min,the mole ratio of TAED and H 2 O 2 0.1:1,3%H 2O2 dosage,3 %NaOH dosage on oven dry pulp can obtain the brightness gain of 74%ISO.
