混凝强化微电解工艺深度处理造纸中段废水 被引量:2

Advanced Treatment of Pulping Middle Stage Wastewater with Micro-Electrolysis Process Enhanced by Coagulation

摘要 采用混凝强化微电解工艺深度处理造纸中段废水,通过考察废水CODCr、色度的去除效果,得到其最佳工艺条件:常温下,pH值4.0,用铁量40g·L-1,活性炭用量8g·L-1,反应时间60min,PAC用量120mg·L-1,PAM用量1mg·L-1。结果表明:出水色度36倍,去除率90%;CODCr96mg·L-1,去除率66%,达到造纸行业废水排放标准。 It was indicated that COD Cr and chromaticity removal rates of the effluent from SBR aerobic reactor were 66% and 90% in the conditions of room temperature,pH value 4.0,iron content 40g·L-1,amount of active carbon 16g·L-1,reaction time 60min,PAC dosage 120mg·L-1,PAM dosage 1mg·L-1 with micro-electrolysis process which was enhanced by coagulation.The results showed that COD Cr value was about 96mg·L-1 and the chromaticity was about 36 times,which up to the national papermaking wastewater standard.
