切口牵开器在二孔法拖出式腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用

Application of cutting edge retracter in two-port laparoscopic appendectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜切口牵开器在二孔法拖出式腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用效果,评价该器械的临床应用。方法回顾分析山东省龙口市人民医院58例腹腔镜治疗阑尾炎的临床资料。结果 58例手术均获成功,无1例中转开腹。术中出血1～5 mL,手术时间15～45 min,术后住院2～5 d,无1例发生并发症。结论腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有创伤小、恢复快、术中视野佳、住院时间短等优点,是治疗单纯性急性阑尾炎合理、有效的方法;应用切口牵开器可以扩大手术视野,缩短手术时间,减少手术人员。

【Objective】To approach the effect of cutting edge retracter in two-port Laparoscopic Appendectomy,to evaluate its clinical application.【Methods】58 cases appendicitis in our hospital were treated by laparoscopic surgery and the clinical data were reviewed.【Results】The procedure was successful in all the 58 cases.Blood loss during the procedure was 1～5 mL.The operation time was 15～45 min.The postoperative hospitalization was 2-5 days.There were no surgical complications.【Conclusions】①Laparoscopic appendectomy has the benefits of less invasive,early resumption of normal activities,fine eyesight in the operation and short hospitalization.The procedure should be an effective and reasonable choice for the simple acute appendicitis.②To utilize the cutting edge retracter could expand the eyesight in the operation,shorten operation time and reduct assistant.
