运动员职业选择阶段的风险形成及其应对

Risk in Athletes' Vocational Choice and Countermeasures

采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的研究方法,运用信息不完全理论,系统分析运动员职业选择阶段决策风险存在的原因,同时对运动员人力资本投资决策阶段的信息不完全现象进行实证研究。认为由于运动员在投资决策阶段存在信息不完全现象,其投资决策往往是有限理性的,运动员投资决策过程的信息不完全现象主要表现在信息不完备、信息获取的途径单一、自身对信息的辨别能力有限、关键引导群体的关键引导信息不真实等,并针对信息不完全现象提出应对策略。

By the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical study,using incomplete information theory system,this essay analyses the existing reasons of policy-making risks in the athletes＇ vocational choice stage.Meanwhile,it carries out an empirical study on incomplete information phenomenon in athletes＇ human capital investment decision.It concludes that because of the incomplete information phenomenon in athletes＇ investment decisions,the athletes＇ investment decision is often limited;the incomplete information phenomenon mainly displays in the incomplete information,the sole way for information acquisition,the limited information distinguishable ability,and the unreal key guidance information of key guidance community and so on.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures in view of the incomplete information phenomenon.
