摘要
目的:评价运动对血清脂联素水平的影响,探讨血清脂联素与人体测量、血液生理指标间的关系。方法:以26名女大学生为研究对象,运动组14名,非运动组12名。进行人体测量、血清脂联素及血液生理指标测定。结果:运动组与非运动组比较,血清脂联素、体质指数、体脂肪率、体脂肪量、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、游离脂肪酸的差别均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);调整运动的影响后,血清脂联素与体质指数、体脂肪率、体脂肪量、空腹血糖、甘油三酯负相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、游离脂肪酸正相关(均P<0.05);甘油三酯和游离脂肪酸是预测脂联素浓度的独立变量。结论:血清脂联素水平不受运动的直接影响,其水平可通过甘油三酯和游离脂肪酸进行预测。
The purposes of this study were to evaluate the effect of exercise on serum adiponectin and to explore the relationships among serum adiponectin,anthropometric measurements and blood biological indexes.Twenty-six female university students participated in the study.The exercise group consisted of 14 subjects while the non-exercise group consisted of 12 subjects.Anthropometric measurements,serum adiponectin and blood biological indexes were determined.Comparing the exercise group with the non-exercise group,no statistical significant differences were found in serum adiponectin,body mass index,body fat percentage,body fat mass,fasting glucose,triglycerides,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and free fatty acid(All P〉0.05).Adjusted by the effect of exercise,serum adiponectin levels were negatively correlated with body mass index,body fat percentage,body fat mass,fasting glucose and triglycerides,and positively correlated with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and free fatty acid(All P〈0.05).Triglycerides and free fat acid emerged as independent determinants of serum adiponectin.In conclusion,serum adiponectin may not be directly influenced by exercise,while its levels can be predicted by triglycerides and free fatty acid.
