摘要
运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对体育院校教师的知识存储现状进行分析。结果表明:体育院校教师在存储教学资料方面普遍有着良好的表现;随着年龄的增长、职称和学位的增高,体育院校教师愈加重视科研资料的存储工作;教学经验的累积有助于体育院校教师的隐性知识存储习惯养成;年长的教师更倾向于把隐性知识植根于个人的头脑中。
Using the research methods of literature,interviews,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,etc.,the authors made an analysis of the present status of knowledge storage of teachers in institutes universities of physical education sport.The results showed that the teachers in institutes universities of P.E. sport in the storage of teaching information in general have a good performance;the teachers emphasis more on storage of scientific research data with the increase of the age and titles and the enhancement of degree;teaching experience contributes to the cumulative effects of teachers' knowledge storage habits in institutes universities of P.E. sport.Older teachers tend to tacit knowledge rooted in the minds.
