一般地方大学国际化发展的理念应重点指向办学理念和教育观念的国际化、人才培养目标的国际意识、以及教育交流和合作的国际化。在这一理念指导下,更新教育观念,改革教学内容和教学方法、区域特色国际化、提高教师的国际化水平、政校企联动是应该重点采取的国际化发展策略。

The international concept of general local universities should focus on the international education philosophy and education concept,international awareness of talent training objectives,and international education exchanges and cooperation.Under the guidance of this concept,the following international strategies should be mainly adopted such as： updating educational concepts and reforming teaching contents and methods;forming international region characteristics,enhancing teachers＇ international abilities,and strengthening the cooperation of schools,government and enterprises.
