Exploration and Practice on Improving the Quality of Graduation Thesis for Chemistry Undergraduates in Agricultural Universities

毕业论文是高等学校人才培养计划重要的组成部分,是培养学生创新能力、提高学生综合素质的重要环节。华南农业大学的应用化学和材料化学等化学类专业都是实践性强的专业,因此,毕业论文环节在人才培养中尤为重要。根据农业院校的特色和珠江三角洲地区对化学类应用性人才需求的特点,在设计具有农科特色并适合化学类专业的本科毕业论文的实施方案、培养学生的创新能力、提高毕业论文质量等方面进行了探索和实践。

Undergraduate graduation thesis is an important part of personnel training plan in universities and also an important stage in developing students＇ creative abilities and improving their comprehensive quality.Majors such as material chemistry and applied chemistry in South China Agricultural University attach great importance to practice,therefore,graduation thesis is particularly important for them.The design of undergraduate graduation thesis in accordance with agricultural characteristics and specialty of chemistry as well as the cultivation of students＇ creativity and the enhancing of the thesis quality are explored on the basis of the characteristic of agricultural universities and the demand for applied talents in chemistry in Pearl River Delta.
