耳鼻喉头颈外科护士职业暴露原因及防护情况调查分析

目的了解耳鼻喉头颈外科护士职业暴露原因及防护情况,以便进一步探讨防范对策。方法对本市5所综合医院耳鼻喉头颈外科60名护士进行问卷调查。了解护士职业暴露及防护情况。结果 60名护士在近1年中,职业暴露总次数299次,被血液、体液、分泌物沾染和被针刺伤是主要的职业暴露原因;护士职业暴露防范意识及行为较薄弱。结论耳鼻喉头颈外科护士面临的职业暴露风险性较大,职业防护意识及行为较差。因此,应加强对临床护士职业防护安全教育,要求熟练掌握预防和控制职业暴露的防护技术及严格执行安全操作规程,以保障职业安全。

Objective To investigate the causes of occupational exposure and prevention in nurses of otolaryngological department.Method A survey using questionnaire was done among 60 nurses of the department to investigate the conditions of occupational exposure and prevention.Results 60 nurses in the recent year had 355 times of occupational exposures totally.The causes for exposures included contaminations of blood,body fluid and excretion,and pricking wounds.The nurses were weak in preventive awareness and behaviors.Conclusions Education on occupational prevention should be strengthened so that they can master preventive knowledge and skills and strictly enforce safety operation procedures for the purpose of assurance of occupational security.
