紫地煎剂治疗变形杆菌感染伤口的效果观察

目的探讨紫地煎剂治疗变形杆菌感染伤口的效果。方法选择本市3家三级甲等医院门诊伤口感染变形杆菌的患者80例,按首次就诊单双号排序分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规换药方法,即应用0.5%甲硝唑注射液联合0.5%的新洁尔灭溶液换药;观察组采用紫地煎剂进行伤口换药。比较两组患者的治疗效果及伤口愈合时间。结果观察组治愈率优于对照组、伤口愈合时间短于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论紫地煎剂能提高变形杆菌感染伤口的治疗效果,缩短伤口愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of asianpuccoon apozem on bacillus proteus-infected wounds.Methods 80 cases infected by bacillus proteus in three clinics were equally assigned into the observation group and the control group according to the odd number and even number at admission.In the control group the solution of 0.5% metronidazole combinated with 0.5% bromogeramine was used for dressing change,while asianpuccoon apozem was used in the observation group.Result The healing time of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusions It is better and time-saving to use asianpuccoon apozem for curing the wounds infected by bacillus proteus.It can be used widely in clinics.
