三味咽喉合剂联合金因肽雾化治疗气管插管术后并发口腔溃疡的效果观察

目的探讨三味咽喉合剂联合金因肽雾化治疗气管插管术后并发口腔溃疡的效果。方法随机将行气管插管术后并发口腔溃疡的200例患者分为实验组与对照组,每组各100例,实验组采用三味咽喉合剂加金因肽和0.9%生理盐水雾化吸入治疗;对照组采用庆大霉素、地塞米松、糜蛋白酶加0.9%生理盐水雾化吸入治疗。雾化吸入治疗后第3 d、第5 d观察两组患者口腔溃疡治疗效果。结果雾化治疗后第3d、第5d实验组患者口腔溃疡治疗总有效率分别为94.0%和99.0%,对照组分别为78.0%和89.0%,两组比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。实验组患者口腔溃疡治疗效果优于对照组。结论采用三味咽喉合剂联合金因肽雾化治疗气管插管术后并发口腔溃疡,能较快缓解咽喉疼痛,减轻黏膜水肿,促进损伤创面愈合,从而缩短患者疾病恢复时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of dental ulcers induced by endotracheal intubation treated by sanweiyanhouheji and aerosolized rhEGF.Methods 200 patients were randomized equally into study and control groups.In the former group,the mental ulcers in the patients were treated by inhalation of aerosolized mixture of sanweiyanhouheji,rhEGF and 0.9% saline and in the latter,the ulcers by inhalation of aerosolized mixture of cidomycin,dexamethasone,avazyme and 0.9% saline.The curative effects in both groups were observed and compared on day 3 and day 5,respectively.Results The total effective rates in the study group were 94.0% and 99.0% respectively on day 3 and day 5 and those in the control group were 78.0% and 89.0%.The comparisons showed the curative effect in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion The inhalation of aerosolized mixture of sanweiyanhouheji,rhEGF and 0.9% saline used to treat the dental ulcers induced by endotracheal intubation is fast for relief of pains in throat,palliate mucosal dropsy,accelerate heal of lesions and shorten the duration of convalescence.
