急诊护理存在的问题及对策

目的探讨急诊护理存在的问题,并提出相应的护理对策。方法对急诊护理存在的问题进行分析和总结。结果急诊护理存在的问题包括:整体护理理念欠缺,专业技能不够熟练,法律意识及自我保护意识淡薄,缺乏与病人及家属的沟通能力等。结论树立并强化以病人为中心的整体护理理念,提高急诊危重症的护理水平,提高自我防范意识,注重思维能力的培养对防范或减少护理风险的发生、提高急诊护理服务质量具有积极的意义。

Objective To investigate the issues in emergency nursing and come up with measures.Method The issues existing in emergency nursing were analyzed and summarized.Result The issues included lack of holistic nursing concept,unfamiliarity of nursing skills and competence,weakness of lawful awareness and self-protection awareness.Conclusion Enhancement of patient-centered holistic nursing and improvement of nursing level and increase of self-protection awareness are of importance for prevention or reduction of nursing risks and increase of emergency nursing quality.
