摘要
分析“94·6”、“98·6”大水时珠江三角洲局部河段洪水位异常壅高的原因包括河道容积发生变化 ,河道分流比发生变化 ,桥梁及河障影响 ,筑闸控制河道分流 ,以及口门延伸对近口段的局部影响。叙述珠江河口进行整治规划的缘由 ,简介珠江河口治导线规划制定过程 ,介绍河口规划拟采取的具体措施。认为应正确评价珠江口门治理规划。
