地面数据处理车车载设备抗振设计

摘要 文章针对振动和冲击对车载设备的危害,结合地面数据处理车的实际情况,给出了平置式设备的振动模型,进行了车载设备机柜、计算机内部的抗振设计并提出抗振措施,探讨了隔振系统隔振器的选用原则。试验结果表明,地面数据处理车的抗振设计合理,抗振措施可行。 Aimed at the harm on vehicle equipments caused by vibration and shock, combined with the characteristics of Ground Data Processing Vehicle, the vibration model of horizontally fixed equipment is presented in this paper. The anti - vibration designs for the vehicle equipment box and computers, and the anti - vibration measures are put forward. The choice principles of vibration isolation system are discussed. The test results have shown that the anti -vibration design is reasonable and the anti -vibration measures are feasible.
