甜菜夜蛾对甲氧虫酰肼的抗药性监测

Monitoring of Spodoptera exigua Resistance to Methoxyfenozide

采用FAO推荐的点滴法监测了湖南长沙、浏阳、岳阳、益阳、湘潭及株洲6个地区甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫对甲氧虫酰肼的抗性,结果表明,各种群对甲氧虫酰肼的抗性倍数为4～14,属于敏感至敏感下降阶段。

Spodoptera exigua populations were collected from Changsha,Liuyang,Yueyang,Yiyang,Xiangtan and Zhuzhou in Hunan province.The resistance of Spodoptera exigua to methoxyfenozide was tested by drop method.The results showed that Spodoptera exigua populations were susceptible to or in the process of reducing susceptibility to methoxyfenozide.
