Regarding university campus as an integration of multi-culture,this paper analyzes the cultural conflict of the minority university students in their adapting to the environment,self-perception and cross-cultural integration.It discusses the reasons and proposes that the university minority students should improve their cultural adjustment.It concludes with the suggestions from the perspectives of emotion,action and system.
