HPVL1壳蛋白在宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of Human Papillomavirus L1 Capsid Protein in Cervical Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions and Its Clinical Significance

目的探讨HPVL1壳蛋白在不同宫颈病变中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化EnVi-sion法检测不同宫颈病变中HPVL1壳蛋白的表达。结果所有慢性宫颈炎和宫颈鳞状细胞癌中HPVL1壳蛋白均不表达。HPVL1壳蛋白在CIN1、CIN2和CIN3中的阳性表达率分别为79.5%、48.6%和3.1%,CIN2中HPVL1壳蛋白表达明显低于CIN1,CIN3明显低于CIN2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HPVL1壳蛋白的检测可预测宫颈病变的发展趋势,尤其是对CIN1和CIN2的宫颈病变的治疗具有指导价值。

Objective To study the expression of human papillomavirus L1（HPVL1） capsid protein in cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions and its clinical significance.Methods Expressions of HPVL1 capsid protein in various of cervical intraepithelial lesion were detected by EnVision immunohistochemical technique.Results No expression of HPVL1 capsid protein in all of chronic cervicitis and squamous cell carcinomas was observed.The positive rate of HPVL1 capsid protein in CIN1,CIN2 and CIN3 was 79.5%、48.6% and 3.1% respectively.The expression of HPVL1 capsid protein in CIN2 is lower than that in CIN1 and the expression of HPVL1 capsid protein in CIN3 lower than that in CIN2（P0.01）.Conclusion The detection of HPVL1 capsid protein may predict the progression of CIN,and help to treat the cases with CIN1 and CIN2.
