胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现

CT Features of Solid Pseudopapillary Tumor of Pancreas

目的探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的CT表现,提高对该病认识和诊断水平。方法对经手术病理证实的13例SPTP患者的临床及CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果 13例患者均为女性,无黄疸,CT平扫表现为境界清晰的圆形、类圆形胰腺肿块,以囊实性混杂密度为主,有包膜。其中2例肿块内可见钙化;多期增强后肿瘤实性部分呈渐进性强化。所有病例均无胰管扩张。结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现较具特征性,结合临床资料可在术前作出诊断。

Objective To explore the CT manifestations of solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas（SPTP） and improve its diagnosis.Methods Both clinical data and CT features of 13 cases pathologically proven SPTP were included in this retrospective article.Results All 13 patients were females without jaundice on unenhanced CT,SPTP demonstrates well-defined and well-encapsulated lesion with round and oval shaped mass,Tumors were composed of different proportions of solid and cystic parts.Calcifications were found in 2 lesions.After contrast administration,multiphasic dynamic CT show the solid components in cystic solid mixed lesion having a progressive fill-in pattern during the arterial phase and portal phase.Pancreatic duct dilation upstream from the tumor was absent in all cases.Conclusion SPTP has certain characteristics in CT findings and correct diagnosis could be made by combining clinical features.
