应用主成分分析评价不育男性精液质量初探 被引量:4

Evaluation of Semen Quality in Infertile Men Using Principal Component Analysis

摘要 目的探讨应用主成分分析法对精液指标数据进行处理的效果及可行性。方法分析87例不育男性和50例已有子女的正常男性的精液结果。对照两组各精液指标的差异,并比较各指标在两组中的相关性。经过数据变换、主成分分析计算精液评分。结果不育组数据符合建立主成分分析模型条件,精液评分解释了73.48%的变异。不育组每一项精液指标及精液评分均显著低于正常组(P<0.05),不育组中8项指标间均显著相关(P<0.05),而正常组并不是所有指标间均有相关性。结论不育男性精液指标之间的相关性是使用主成分分析法的必要条件,主成分分析法是综合判断精液质量的理想方法。 Objective To investigate feasibility and effectiveness of principal component analysis on evaluation of semen analysis parameters.Methods The semen analysis data of 87 infertile men and 50 proven fertile men were recorded.The differences and correlationship of semen parameters were analyzed.After data transformation and principal component analysis,semen score was calculated for each subject.Results The data of infertile men were adopted to establish principal component analysis model,and the semen score accounted for 73.48% of the variation.Each semen parameters and semen score were lower in infertile men than fertile men(P0.05).The correlation of parameters and semen score were significant in infertile men(P0.05),while not all parameters of fertile men were inter-related.Conclusion The correlation ship exited in semen parameters of infertile men is the necessary for calculating semen score.Principal component analysis can be adopted to evaluate semen quality.
