诺和龙治疗2型糖尿病60例疗效观察

Novo in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes 60 Cases

目的探讨诺和龙治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法对60例2型糖尿病患者在合理饮食、适当运动、定期监测等措施的基础上,给予诺和龙0.5~1.0mg,每日3次,饭前服用,共观察12周。结果治疗12周后60例患者达到理想控制32例,一般控制23例,较差控制5例,总有效率91.67%,治疗后空腹血糖及三餐后2h血糖均显著低于治疗前（P〈0.01）,体重指数（BMI）无明显变化（P〉0.05）。结论诺和龙具有有效控制2型糖尿病患者餐后高血糖及稳定空腹血糖的作用,而且不良反应少、患者耐受性好。

Objective To explore novo in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Totally 60 patients with type 2 diabetes patients in proper diet,adequate exercise,regular monitoring basis repaglinide 0.5~1.0mg,3 times a day before meals taken.We observed 12 weeks.Results After 12 weeks of treatment achieved satisfactory control of 32 cases,23 cases of normal control,poor control of five cases,the total effective rate 91.67%,after treatment,fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 hours after meals were significantly lower than before treatment（P0.01）,body mass index（BMI） no significant change（P0.05）.Conclusion Repaglinide in type 2 diabetes with effective control of postprandial hyperglycemia and stabilizing role of fasting blood glucose,and less side effects and well tolerated in patients.
