Annual Report on Urban Master Plan Implementation:Guangzhou Example

针对我国城市总体规划实施评价工作难以开展的状况,尝试采用分解式研究的方法,以城市总体规划实施评价年度报告的形式,探讨城市总体规划在规划期限内的实施过程。广州市的实证研究表明,从用地规划吻合度、建设用地总量吻合度两方面入手的城市总体规划年度实施评价研究是可行的。对城市总体规划实施过程的定期、稳定、持续的渐进式研究,可以针对前期发现的问题,在后期实施过程中不断加以校正,既提高了实施评价的可操作性,又具有突出的现实意义。

The paper attempts to evaluate urban master plan implementation in the form of annual report.Guangzhou example shows that evaluation on land use and construction land area is feasible.Regular,stable,and continuous progressive research helps correcting the problems during the process.
