多维视野中的创业学习

Entrepreneurial Learning under a Multi-dimensional Perspective

创业学习是创业领域的一个研究热点。从行为主义、实用主义、认知建构、人本主义、系统论五个视角对创业学习研究成果进行梳理,以整合多维视野中的创业学习研究特色,在此基础上进一步剖析创业学习的目的、主体、渠道及过程,以揭示创业学习的实质。最后从创业学习的界定、研究方法及中国化三个方面勾勒出创业学习领域的未来研究方向。

Entrepreneurial learning is a hot issue in studies on entrepreneurship.In this paper,we reviewed the current researches on entrepreneurial learning from the perspectives of behaviorism,pragmatism,cognitive constructivism,humanism,and systematic theory in order to acquire an integrated understanding of the studies on entrepreneurial learning conducted from a multi-dimensional perspective.On this basis,we analyzed the purpose,subject,channel and process of entrepreneurial learning to reveal its essential contents.Finally,we pointed out the future directions of entrepreneurial learning from the following three aspects： the definition,the research methodology,and the sinicization of entrepreneurial learning.
