Regional Differences of Effects of International Outsourcing on Technology Progress:An Empirical Study Based on Absorptive Capability

通过构建计量模型,利用中国1995—2005年29个省市的面板数据进行实证分析,发现技术吸收能力对跨国外包的技术溢出效应起着决定性作用。为了更好地发挥跨国外包的承接对中国技术进步的促进作用,对于东部地区,关键是加大基础设施投资;对于中西部地区,关键在于提高人力资本投资。

By establishing a model,this paper shows host country＇s Absorptive capability is the determinant of technology spillover. To Absorb technology spillover from international outsourcing better,coastal regions should increase infrastructure investment,and non-coastal regions should improve human capital investment.
