摘要
通过对牙科针管制件结构的分析,研制出能够自动脱螺纹、冷却效率高、一模八腔、制件横卧设计、可连续完全自动化生产的牙科针管模具。模具已经应用于生产,其性能可靠,动作平稳。
Through analyzing structure of dentistry pin tube,the mould which can escape from screw thread automatically with high cooling efficiency,eight cavity,production decumbence design,entirety continuum-robotization production is developed. The mould is applied to produce,and works reliably and placidly.
