摘要
研究开发了以对氯苄胺、三氟乙酸甲酯、2-氯丙烯腈和氯甲基乙基醚为主要原材料,经酰化、氯化、环加成、溴化和乙氧基甲基化等5步反应合成溴虫腈的新工艺。该工艺具有原料易得、反应条件温和、环境污染小、中间体的纯度和收率高等特点,具有工业应用价值。
A new procedure was explored for synthesizing chlorfenapyr using(4-chlorophenyl)methan-amine,methyl trifluoroacetate,2-chloroacrylonitrile and(chloromethoxy)ethane as main materials in five steps via trifluoroacetylation,chlorination,pyrrole cyclization,bromization and ethoxymethylization.The procedure was suitable for industrial preparation by its advantages such as abundant raw materials,mild reaction conditions,low environmental pollution,high intermediate purity and high yields.
