摘要
从所构建的实验数据生成模型出发,利用最小二乘回归理论,提出了一个估计杀虫剂致死中量的非线性回归估计法,同时利用自助法给出了计算致死中量的95%置信区间的方法。实例计算说明方法在Matlab软件中很容易实现,其估计结果比机率值法的估计结果更精确。
From a mathematical model of mortality data generated in toxicity test,gives the non-linear regression method estimating LD50 and the bootstrap method of estimating the confidence interval of LD50.An example shows that it was very easy to perform in Matlab software,and the estimated results was more accurate than the results of the probability value.
