摘要
建立了吡虫啉母药的高效液相色谱分析方法。使用ODS C18柱和二极管阵列检测器,以甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(体积比40∶60)为流动相,检测波长270 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温40℃。该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.20,变异系数为0.29%,平均回收率为100.62%。
A high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of imidacloprid in raw powder using diode array detector and ODS C18 column was established.The optimal HPLC analysis was performed at 40 °C with UV detection at 270 nm.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-phosphoric acid solution 0.2%（40：60,by vol） and a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min was employed.The correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.The standard deviation was 0.20 while the variation coefficient was 0.29%.The average recovery was 100.62%.
