摘要
针对强耦合、大时滞、非线性对抄纸过程控制性能的影响,提出一种模型参考自适应内模控制算法,通过建立控制器模型,设计自适应调节律和控制算法来实现对增益和时滞的在线自调整,使系统在模型参数失配的情况下,仍具有良好的鲁棒性和跟踪性,表现出较强的解耦能力和自适应能力。通过与常规内模控制仿真结果对比,表明该控制算法改善控制品质的有效性。
Based on the properties of strong coupling,large time delay and nonlinear for the paper-making process,an adaptive internal model controller combine with model reference adaptive control algorithm was put forward.The structure of the control system was determined,the control algorithm and the adaptive modulation principle were derived.By establishing controller model,adaptive regulation law and control algorithm were designed to achieve on-line self-tuning of gain and delay.The adaptive internal model controller still good at controlling performance and robustness in the case of the model parameters mismatching,and strong decoupling and adaptive capability were showed.The control algorithm is effectiveness on improving control performance by comparing with the conventional internal model control simulation results.
