摘要
工业色谱仪是一种精密的过程分析仪器,但其现场运行环境一般比较恶劣。为此采用LabWindows/CVI开发了工业色谱仪的仿真系统用于监控仪器的运行状态,主要研究对采集到的谱图数据进行谱峰参数的识别与显示,最终实现色谱峰的识别,并可以通过用户界面查看历史、实时谱图信息,对分析结果标定显示。结果表明:该方法可以对谱图数据进行有效的分析与显示。
Industrial chromatography is a precision processing instrument,but its running environment is hostile.So,a gas chromatograph industrial simulation system was developed by using LabWindows/CVI to display the status of the instrument.The recognition of the chromatogram's peak and the display of the chromatogram were studied.Finally,the recognition of the chromatogram's peak was realized,as well as the history chromatograms and real-time chromatograms were displayed.The results show that the method can realize the analysis and display of the chromatogram.
