摘要
研究了7A04铝合金的硬质阳极氧化,并给出了其工艺流程、配方、操作步骤。为满足光电瞄具结构件的功能性、装配性、防腐性、耐磨性和外观等要求,对氧化膜层的厚度、硬度提出了较严格的限定。
The technical process,formula and the operating step of the hard anodic oxidation of 7A04 aluminum alloy were presented.In order to meet the functionality,assembly,corrosion resistance,wear ability and appearance of the photoelectric aiming device,the thickness and the hardness of the oxidized film were strict restricted.
