摘要
考察了抗滴落剂对阻燃聚丙烯(PP)的影响,并对阻燃材料的力学性能和相容性进行分析。结果表明,在十溴二苯乙烷协同三氧化二锑的阻燃体系下,抗滴落剂的加入提高了材料的热稳定性,明显改善了材料的阻燃性,尤其加入抗滴落剂后,材料无熔滴现象,其力学性能也有所改善。与添加滑石粉的阻燃PP相比,该体系更能保持材料原有良好的光泽度和较低的密度。
The effects of anti-dripping agent on flame retardant PP were reviewed,and the mechanical properties and compatibility of flame-retardant materials were analyzed.The results showed that in the flame retardant system of 1,2-bis(pentabromophenyl)ethane and antimony trioxide,the thermal stability of material was increased by adding anti-dripping agent,significantly,the flammability was greatly improved and the mechanical properties also were increased by adding the anti-dripping agent.This material could maintain the existing good gloss and lower density than the flame-retardant polypropylene material modified by talc.
