摘要
用透射电镜和熔体流动速率(MFR)仪研究了刚性增韧高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)母料(E-TMB)的形态结构和MFR。结果表明,E-TMB的形态结构为:HDPE为连续相,弹性体为分散相,分散相呈包容相当数量HDPE的胞状(香肠状)结构;其熔体具有一定的流动性,MFR随乙丙弹性体与丁苯弹性体配比、基体树脂与弹性体配比的逐渐减小而减小;阻交联剂的加入使MFR增大,MFR在阻交联剂二甲基亚砜用量为0.024mol时最小。
Using transmission electron microscope and the melt flow rate instrument,the morphologhy and the melt flow rate(MFR)of the toughening master batch(E-TMB)of toughened HDPE with excellent rigidity were studied.The results showed that E-TMB's morphology was celluar structure(sausage structure),in which HDPE was continuous phase,elastomer was dispersed phase,the dispersed phase contained considerable HDPE.The melt of toughening master batch had some fluidity.The MFR was gradually reduced with the decrease of elastomer ratio(M∶N)and matrix resin and elastomer ratio.It was increase as adding anti-crosslinker into it,and the MFR of the toughening master batch with 0.024 mol anti-crosslinker dimethyl sulfoxide was the smallest.
