摘要
以手机的装配结构设计为例,在分析其零部件的结构特点及卡扣连接、压力装配等装配关系后,借助Pro/E Mechanica Structure模块分析手机在装配中,手机前盖、后盖等塑料零部件在静载荷作用下可能出现的变形,进而改进并优化结构,并且对改进前后结构受静载荷作用的应力值进行比较,结果满足使用的力学性能要求。因此通过基于Pro/E Mechanica Structure的塑料产品装配设计,可以降低成本、加快完成塑料产品的开发。
After the analysis of the structure features of the mobile phone and their assembly connections,based on Pro/E Mechanica Structure model,the possible deformation of the front,back and battery cover of the bar phone under static load were studied,aiming to improve and optimize the structure.Meanwhile a comparison of the stress under static load before and after the improvement was made,the result could meet the requirement of mechanical properties.Therefore,it was proved that the plastic products designed based on Pro/E Mechanica Structure model could reduce costs and speed up the development of plastic products.
