A new type of environment friendly production of soft plastic film was introduced.The raw materials and additives matching the environment-friendly products were found,and the best mass formula and production process were determined.The process had high maneuverability,the products had good appearance and easy processing,and it had no such bug as dropping magnetic powder,having terrible odor etc.The new type environment-friendly soft plastic film had stable properties,and all properties achieved standard in RoHs sampling assessment,and it meets the market requirement.
